    Job Description

    Who You Are:

    We are looking for a Manager to lead our Global Early Career Recruiting team. This person will build a best in class function that results in the placement of strong diverse early in career talent for our Twitter business teams in North America, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia; along with a strong pipeline. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Programs, Events, and Early Career Recruiting and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment focusing on high caliber non-traditional and Early Career level students for our technical and non-technical organizations. You will partner across the Twitter client groups to understand hiring needs, develop data-driven and transformative recommendations, and focus on delivering awesome experiences for our candidate and hiring managers.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Understand the company’s need for early career talent and the evolving external landscape. You will use this to create a strategy that identifies, attracts, and retains talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.

    • Develop new, innovative, scalable and effective end-to-end experiences to recruit top talent from key universities and other recruiting channels. This includes new grads, interns, co-ops, and apprentices.

    • Lead, inspire and develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to effectively source, assess, and hire early career talent.

    • Build and sustain positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external career services, faculty members, alumni, student organizations, professional associations and diversity groups globally.

    • Work across internal partners (including, but not limited to TA, HRBPs, Comp, Finance, and the business) on the annual talent planning process to understand and influence the needs for intern, co-op, apprentice, and new college grad hiring.

    • Manage the day-to-day design and implementation of recruitment processes and deliverables for Early Career hiring, responding proactively to the ever-changing business needs and acting with agility and speed.

    • Develop and execute the recruiting strategy to help achieve annual hiring goals for entry-level and internship roles.

    • Lead the reporting of key performance recruiting metrics and identify trends across entry-level and internship hiring, communicating learnings to stakeholders, as needed

    • Partner with Talent Brand to design and drive a media/marketing plan to build awareness of the Twitter employment brand.

    Qualifications:

    • You possess global technical and industry knowledge and understand relevant tech skills, target companies, schools, conferences, scholarship, and boot camp programs across the globe.

    • You have successfully created and executed end-to-end recruiting strategies for interns and early career talent in global markets.

    • You are knowledgeable of functional and regional recruiting nuances to ensure recruiting go-to-market scales and can be customized to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical pillars of the organization.

    • You are able to partner seamlessly with direct reports and hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches for non-traditional and/or Early Career talent; and an ability to manage business expectations through a deep understanding of business needs.

    • You are client-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new and creative sourcing approaches.

    • You have the ability to work collaboratively across all levels and exhibit strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.

    • You demonstrate the capability of superior performance while being a team leader and member, able to handle ambiguity with ease, and able to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously.

    • You possess strong time-management skills, critical thinking skills, experience planning / executing recruitment events, strong communication skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus.

    • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across various client groups.

    Requirements:

    • 6+ years work experience in Early Career recruiting, talent development, or diversity recruiting.

    • 3+ years work experience building, coaching, and leading high performing global recruiting teams at scale.

    • 3+ years managing successful teams of recruiters (ideally supporting Early Career programs and initiatives).

    • Proven success in developing impactful global Early Career programs that are unique and purpose driven.

    • Experience providing efficient and effective enterprise wide recruitment strategies to meet business needs as well as customized recruiting strategies when needed.

    • Consistent track record of building successful global Early Career recruiting programs and deep subject matter expertise on emerging trends and technologies in this space.

    • Demonstrated experience of successfully collaborating across organization boundaries in a highly matrixed environment to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of needs.
