    Job Description

    The Finance Operations Program Manager, Corporate Security will report to the Head of Technology within Corporate Security. This position will support both the financial and vendor management programs for CorpSec, financial systems training and user adoption, and accrual reporting processes to ensure that the global CorpSec teams can work effectively and efficiently. This person will work closely with Source-To-Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounts Payable, Contingent Workforce, and Compliance to process-improve and execute on CorpSec’s annual fiscal plan.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Lead and manage all CorpSec’s financial processes including procurement, billing, budgeting and forecasting 
    • Facilitate Twitter’s Source-To-Pay lifecycle on behalf of CorpSec (including managing contract negotiations and reviewing legal agreements)
    • Oversee escalations of financial and vendor management issues and work closely with cross functional teams to resolve them quickly
    • Design, develop and deliver reports and key metrics to senior management for CorpSec and Twitter Execs
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in all things Finance related for CorpSec managers and team

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Passionate about crafting process improvements strategies and executing initiatives
    • Experienced at influencing diverse partners and driving accountability and decision-making across teams
    • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and building relationships across multiple teams on a global scale
    • Organized and self-motivated requiring little supervision
    • Outstanding project management, financial management, and business analysis skills
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Minimum 6-8 years experience in financial or vendor management roles
    • Experience interfacing with multiple business teams and subject-matter experts to ensure cross-functional alignment on policy, systems and process
    • Experience working with Confluence JIRA dashboards and workflows
    • Experience working with Oracle iProcX and other payments-related modules
    • Experience working with Excel and Google sheets
