Job Description

The Global Wellness Program Partner assists with the planning and leads the execution of internal employee wellness programs at Twitter. In this brand new role, the Global Wellness Program Partner will impact the wellbeing of our employees by delivering fun and innovative programming that serves the unique needs of our Tweeps, as well as creating communications to get the attention of Tweeps and increase engagement. The Global Wellness Program Partner will also look to gather data on our existing internal programs and consider ways to broaden the reach of our team, and help manage our internal wellness champions programs.

• Maintain working relationships with all wellness vendor partners and routinely collaborate for wellness programming within Twitter
• Manage our internal wellness platform to keep employees engaged, facilitate the creation of company wide wellness challenges, and work with stakeholders to create custom wellness challenges
• Manage the Wellness Champions Program and Mental Health Allyship Program
• Collect and analyze the data on internal wellness program attendance and value to employees
• Help new wellness vendors through the onboarding process and current vendors through the contract renewal process
• Lead the design and execution of our annual wellness month programming, as well as any other themed months or weeks of wellness programs within Twitter
• Develop a creative communications plan for increasing employee engagement with wellness programming in coordination with the vendor analyst and the internal communications team.
• Develop and deliver regional wellness communications and programming to increase employee engagement through partnership with local wellness champions and HRBPs.
• Partner closely with Twitter Benefits team in coordinating events and activities and in data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably with an analytical or communications focus (Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management) or a degree in public health.
• A passion for employee wellness and health
• Benefits and Wellness program coordination experience
• Creative problem solving ability and desire to be innovative
• Strong organizational skills and technical skills, experience using software including Jira and GoogleSuite
• Excellent communication and demonstrable ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Strong inclusive team approach to projects and daily activities
