    Job Description

    We are looking for someone to help scale learning programs and partner with other teams to support global delivery. You are focused on execution of strategy, and do it well with limited guidance and direction - you figure things out and have a strong reputation for getting things done.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

    • Collaborate with other teams to deliver learning for engineering, product, design, and research; provide coordination and logistics support for onsite/offsite programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and facilitators.

    • Manage tasks associated with our Learning Management System (LMS) including: managing course enrollment; tracking and reporting learning activities; managing facilitators; collecting and analyzing participant feedback.

    • Address help-desk questions and triage requests for learning programs.

    • Project management support for new programs, deliverables, retros, and related workstreams.

    • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment of programs, collateral, and communications.

    Qualifications

    • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to work with data and spreadsheets, and presenting findings.

    • Familiarity with virtual training and meeting tools and an interest in working with new technology or systems.

    • Experience collaborating effectively with a team and other internal and external stakeholders. 

    • Superior customer service orientation with strong follow-up skills (verbal and written).

    • Ability to create and iterate quickly and continuously improve (both the customer experience as well as tools/processes
