    Job Description

    Who you are:

    Twitter is looking for an extraordinary Sourcer to uncover and engage talented individuals. As part of our Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team, you will help design and lead strategic experiences to attract and engage top talent. You will be a key partner in defining and executing recruitment strategies and attracting some of the best talent into the company.  As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting talent for Twitter!  

    What You'll Do

    As a Sourcer with Twitter, you will partner with some of the industry's premier business leaders.  You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across teams from the People to Trust & Safety. You will execute on matters pertaining to hiring strategy and recruiting initiatives.

    • Provide exceptional candidate experience as you host candidates throughout the interview process.

    • Manage all phases of sourcing projects/pipeline, including developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy.

    • Gather and present competitive intelligence and market condition data updates with internal stakeholders.

    • Execute title and organizational mapping of target companies as assigned.

    • Take an active role in mentoring and coaching junior sourcers.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • You have 4+ years relevant corporate functions sourcing experience.

    • You are flexible and able to handle ambiguity with ease.

    • You have a collaborative mindset and you’ve partnered closely with your clients.

    • A passion for research… a love of the hunt? You’ve got that!

    • You’re creative in using a variety of research tools combined with a systematic, organized approach to executing research projects.

    • You have a focus on Inclusion & Diversity in all aspects of sourcing and attracting talent.

    • You’re proactive, curious, and detail-oriented.

    • You have excellent communication skills, a strong drive to learn, and an ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

    • You have Passion, Humility and a “Can-Do” attitude!
