    Job Description

    We currently have an opening for an HRBP Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be working with the HR Business Partners that support Tweeps across Global Customers & Corporate and Engineering, Product, Design & Research to help deliver exceptional client support. This will require you to roll-up your sleeves and also have you thinking about people topics that need savvy and creative approaches. You’ll partner closely with your HR colleagues to understand what already exists for you to leverage and what you can create based on local or functional needs.   

    Overall, you will play a key role in helping the HRBP team implement the talent agenda to support business goals. Specifically you will:

    • Support the HRBP team to ensure operational excellence to broad based initiatives, including preparing business-facing presentations on our engagement survey, talent reviews, etc. 

    • Provide HRBP Leads calendar and team support.

    • Project manage and ensure consistency for the implementation of people programs by the HRBP team, including talent reviews, engagement survey analysis, compensation planning, and more.

    • Employ operational discipline partnering with the People Ops and Compensation teams to ensure accuracy in organizational hierarchy, pay, title, and level.

    • Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners and HR Operations to create new and/or improve existing processes.

    • Run data reports and provide basic analytics as needed.

    • Manage ticket processing for org related changes 

    • Work on ad hoc projects as assigned.

    YOUR BACKGROUND:

    • 1-2 years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Associate; 

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment;

    • Strong problem-solving skills, taking the extra step to understand the root problem and drive holistic solutions; 

    • Proven track record in the areas of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities; 

    • Demonstrated ability to partner with team members outside of the US on global issues;

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills; 

    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and organizational consulting skills;

    • BA/BS in business administration, psychology or other related disciplines.
