From individual contributors to people managers to leadership, we design and deliver programs that develop skills and deliver experiences for all Tweeps, so they can thrive and succeed at Twitter.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE THIS:
Our people leaders are critical to our success as a company. In this role, you will partner with the Senior Manager of Leadership Development and Healthy Workplace to design, deliver, and drive impact via programs. These programs are focused on building strong leadership capability across the globe, including our full people management curriculum and core programs that support transition to director level roles. You will also collaborate with a broader group of stakeholders on Twitter’s internal health - work to ensure everyone acts with respect, authenticity, and trust to create an inclusive workplace. You will drive the right outcomes for the business and the individuals who work there, grounded in data, in order to elevate Twitter’s brand and culture.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner with the Senior Manager of Leadership Development and Healthy Workplace on all people management development programs globally, from new manager to mid level leaders, and on all Healthy Workplace initiatives
Help drive a comprehensive roadmap for the global leadership population that integrates functional and regional training needs, and a separate roadmap for Healthy Workplace initiatives
Conduct needs analysis, contribute to strategic planning, and manage the design and development cycles for new programs; drive execution of existing programs
Work closely with our People Analytics team to gather the data needed to design the right learning interventions, and measure their impact
Design and develop content for workshops, tools, and resources that support learning and drive application specifically for, but not limited to, people managers and leaders
Deliver live and live-virtual learning for people managers and business leadership across the globe
Hone and accelerate your skills as a facilitator, and support Train the Trainers efforts for internal employees and external vendors
WHO YOU ARE:
A proactive self-starter who delights in solving complex, ambiguous problems, and thrives working in a fast-paced, data/results-oriented environment
A strong facilitator, with the ability to deliver both in-person and live-virtual workshops and trainings
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong bias to execution
Passionate about designing and delivering a range of learning interventions to support managers and leaders
Deeply empathetic, with a bias toward ensuring that our programs address existing systemic and institutional inequities in order to build a sense of trust and belonging among historically marginalized groups
Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and competing demands
Ability to collect, analyze, draw meaningful insights from, and present data effectively, which can then be used for development and execution
Excellent interpersonal skills with drive for people development
Act as a credible business partner to broader stakeholders across the organization
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact
Program / project management experience preferred
