YOU WILL INITIATE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION WITH PRODUCT, DESIGN AND OTHER ENGINEERING TEAMS TO DEVELOP HIGH QUALITY, FOCUSED PRODUCTS. YOU WILL MENTOR, GROW, AND EMPOWER YOUR TEAM BY GIVING THEM THE SKILLS, CONFIDENCE AND MOTIVATION TO MAKE DECISIONS INDEPENDENTLY THAT LEAD TO THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS, AND ENABLE THEM TO BECOME TECHNICAL LEADERS.     QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TEAMS RESPONSIBLE FOR WEB OR FULL-STACK PRODUCTS

    • YOU ARE NOT ONLY STRONG TECHNICALLY, YOU HAVE SHOWN THAT YOU CAN RAISE THOSE AROUND YOU THROUGH MENTORING, AND CAN WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH PRODUCT MANAGERS, DESIGNERS AND OTHER ENGINEERING TEAMS.

    • YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND CAN DEMONSTRATE HAVING COLLABORATED WITH TECH LEADS AND SENIOR ENGINEERS, PRODUCT MANAGERS, DESIGNERS AND OTHER DISCIPLINES TO DELIVER, AND CAN EXPLAIN COMPLEX TECHNICAL ISSUES ACCURATELY TO TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL AUDIENCES

    • YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PLANNING IN A LARGE ORGANIZATION, INCLUDING BUILDING ALIGNMENT, ADVOCATING FOR PRIORITY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERS AND ORGANIZING WORK STREAMS.
