WHO WE ARE:

The teams in Twitter’s Trust & Safety (T&S) department work to safeguard user expression and privacy in balance with manageable risk through policy enforcement that promotes trust in Twitter. Areas of focus include privacy and intellectual property rights, government and law enforcement requests, advertising policies, and safety advocacy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Twitter Trust & Safety seeks an experienced, team-focused individual to join our group of QA analysts within our Legal Policy team who is Japanese speaking. You will conduct quality analysis on responses to Information Requests and Emergency Requests from around the world. QA analysts are responsible for assessing the quality of the work of our global legal policy team who handle the incoming legal requests. QA analysts will monitor completed requests and assess the team’s technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This role is also expected to process some volume of legal requests directly, in order to maintain first-hand experience with the policies and processing guidelines for which they perform QA.

• Ability to work on repetitive tasks, without losing focus or accuracy
• Strong computer skills including Google Suite
• Good understanding of concepts and QA methodologies
• Experience in working with data and statistical analysis

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in a similar role at a tech company
• Fluent in Japanese
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience
• Working knowledge of QA applications and databases
• Certifications including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma is an advantage
