    Job Description

    The People Services team is focused on delivering a memorably positive and seamless employee experience at Twitter.  Playing a key role throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring and on-boarding to developing and off-boarding, the People Operations team delivers on operational excellence and surfacing data-driven insights.    Supporting our Revenue, General & Administration teams, you will use data analysis and project management to continuously improve programs and policies that impact the employee experience.  You care about the employee experience, while managing and improving backend operations and processes.   

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Provide seamless and client-focused support to our people throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding, transfers, performance cycles and critical moments through departure
    • Partner closely with HRBPs to manage people programs and day-to-day HR administration
    • Communicate effectively with employees and management to process worker changes
    • Proactively identify improvements to processes and data integrity
    • Tackle critical people challenges through data analysis
    • Provide program management support for calendared planning cycles and events, including promotions, compensation planning and manager trainings
    • Support reorganizations and other large-scale projects
    • Coordinate off-boarding activities as people exit the organization, including exit interviews
    • Streamline and manage severance process, including drafting separation agreements, coordinating off-boarding activities, and processing any necessary payments as people leave the organization
    • Maintain people data across HR systems
    • Develop strong understanding for process management in our core systems
    • Take initiative in system implementation and enhancement projects: requirements definition, process design, and system testing
    • Ensure necessary documentation is stored in electronic employee files
    • Provide testing in for new enhancements and tools

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Advanced Workday knowledge is required
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2-3 years experience in an HR administration, operations or generalist role, preferably in the technology industry
    • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, experience in Google Docs is a plus
    • PHR certification is a plus
