Job Description
The People Services team is focused on delivering a memorably positive and seamless employee experience at Twitter. Playing a key role throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring and on-boarding to developing and off-boarding, the People Operations team delivers on operational excellence and surfacing data-driven insights. Supporting our Revenue, General & Administration teams, you will use data analysis and project management to continuously improve programs and policies that impact the employee experience. You care about the employee experience, while managing and improving backend operations and processes.
