    We are looking for a very detail-oriented Client Partner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and further developing relationships with our retial portfolio of clients, as well as educating them on Undertone’s suite of extensive product offerings. Additionally, the Client Partner will partner with a variety of teams internally to ensure campaign success, client satisfaction and retention.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing the day-to-day relationships with our retail clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations
    • Build strategic RFP responses with a solutions-driven and consultative approach
    • Support account stability and ensure client retention through excellent customer service and exceptional communication skills
    • Coordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally to guarantee campaign success
    • Work with internal creative and operational teams on creative builds, campaign setup, technical issues, delivery, and performance
    • Provide proactive campaign updates and reporting to all retail clients
    • Collaborate with your sales team to drive additional revenue through insights-driven learnings and recommendations

    PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:

    • A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF DIGITAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE IN A CLIENT FACING ROLE. PREFERABLY IN RETAIL MEDIA
    • Strong knowledge of Omni-channel KPI’s and goals
    • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time
    • Understand the need to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company
    • Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
    • Experience Preferred in:
      • 3rd party reporting (ie: DFA)
      • Salesforce
      • Flipp
      • Foot-Traffic Studies ( Ninth Decimal, Foursquare etc )
      • Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
