    We are looking for an INSIDE SALES- ESTIMATOR.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Receive sales orders and inquiries from the NC Sales Team
    • Construct Work Orders in Eclipse
    • Keep a schedule of work being performed and deliver time to the customer
    • Transfer and procure raw material needed for production
    • Assist with development of new catalog numbering system for prefab assemblies
    • Train as Back-Up Operator of all the machines in the prefab shop
    • Create a work order schedule to prioritize orders; meet all ship date requirements for multiple locations
    • Process material efficiently, safely, and accurately
    • Safely utilize hand tools to meet product standards
    • QC parts to ensure compliance and quality craftmanship
    • Utilize lean manufacturing methods, with a focus on 6S for the department
    • Adequately complete other duties as assigned
    • Operate other modification equipment as needed
    • Train support staff as needed to accomplish department goals
    • Prioritization on Safety
    • Support the new prefab Division in maintaining the Best-in-Class operation (New Processes, Innovative Ideas)

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    • High level of attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills
    • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
    • Leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge (Office, Excel, Word)
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to stay focused for repetitive prefabrication assembly
    • Customer-focused
    • Job scheduling and self-directing experience for self and others under limited supervision
    • Ability to adapt to changes in the evolving environment under time-sensitive conditions

    PREFERABLY YOU WILL BRING:

    • Knowledge of National Electrical Code NEC (NFPA 70)
    • Knowledge of UL 508A (Industrial Control Panels)
    • Electrical License WA/OR

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
    • Use of forklifts, and stock pickers
    • Warehouse/Machine Shop environment
    • Typical 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday. Business needs may require evening and weekend hours to meet production demand
    • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance

    • Ensuring participants’ safety during seizures, emergencies, or transfers - lifting them to a chair, lowering them to a bed or the floor, or otherwise moving them to a safe area.
    • Therapy regimes prescribed by a physician such as: range of motion exercise and utilization of various O.T./PT materials and/or equipment.
    • Moving equipment/material handling - up to 50-pound boxes, tables, chairs; bending, stretching, and reaching to retrieve materials.
    • Assisting participants to use restroom - transferring on and/or off stool or from a wheelchair to a bed.
    • Training participants in vocational tasks - standing or leaning over worker for up to 50-minute training session; meet production/program demands requiring on your feet duty for up to 5 hours.
    • Assure participant safety with visual surveillance, auditory monitoring, and physical support.
    • Bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, lifting, and physically supporting/guiding participants are frequently required.
    • Heavy lifting (over 50 pounds team lifting or lifting with mechanical assist) is required occasionally.  Moderate lifting is frequently required.
    • Ability to provide emergency first aid care to participants including all components of CPR.
