WBMA/WTTO /WABM has an immediate opening for a Promotions Producer. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to write, shoot, and edit promos, while managing deadlines
• At least two years of multi media experience is required, as well as proficiency with Avid and Photoshop programs
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are a must
• Basic professional shooting skills
• Experience in news promotion are a plus, along with advanced skills in After Effects

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

PRODUCING: As needed the Promotion Producer will produce Syndicated episodic promos, news topical promos, targeted special report promos, news and station image promos, special event promos, billboards, snipes, IDs, Proof of Performance, outside media promos including radio, cable and digital formats, and other on air content as needed for the stations.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Work and manage station sponsored events which includes night and weekend engagements

HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS: Serve as Time Out Coordinator and Sideline Coordinator at live broadcasts of high school football and basketball

LOG EDITING: Serving as backup for filling traffic logs with promotion inventory which includes knowledge and proficiency in OSI or other traffic systems

The ideal candidate should have existing proficiency and the desire to expand creative background application in all technical and creative applications utilized for print, on air, web and multimedia needed for the stations over creative content. These include, but are not exclusive to Adobe Photoshop, Columbine and Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Avid and other in house editing systems.
