Compulse Integrated Marketing, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for Digital Account Managers to efficiently lead the day-to-day management of client accounts.  This candidate must be proactive, positive and solution-driven.  They should enjoy a fast paced, team environment and be ready to stay aligned with client’s needs in an accurate, creative and timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Collaborating with sales teams and clients on campaign development, optimization and strategy
• Must be able to manage a client relationship in a partnership with sales managers and be able to work as a team as well as independently
• Take ownership of client needs and requests ensuring all campaign requirements are executed in a timely manner
• Work proactively to retain lapsing accounts
• Work with the agency’s digital sales management team to build retention plans and prevent client churn
• Will be responsible for post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Must become an expert on the agency’s digital offerings and developing and understanding media plans
• Will work with the agency’s vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
• Will work with the agency’s web management team on web consulting, business development and project scoping
• Must be comfortable training clients and/or sales reps on digital products
• Must be able to lead client meetings around project status and marketing plans
• Will work with the agency’s digital sales coordinators to help them oversee smaller client campaigns
• Other agency duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years experience at a digital marketing agency or publisher
• 2 years experience in senior level client relationships
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Must have advanced knowledge of digital marketing products including outreach, social and web services
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office products
• Must be organized, and excel at multi-tasking
• Must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be solutions oriented

Required Skills Required Experience

• Identifies procedures and principal diagnosis performed on each patient and properly codes each procedure. 
• Responsible for assembling medical chart upon completion, reviewing each chart for completeness and obtaining missing signatures or documents in a timely manner. 
• Prepares charts for doctor’s signatures, maintains medical record files and is responsible for all aspects of its confidentiality. 
• Responsible for obtaining and appropriately filing all reports generated by outside vendors. 
• Bill charges on patient accounts to correct payer based on the verified insurance information. Performs rebills to insurance/patients as needed and supplies additional information when requested. 
• Maintains and checks implant tracking log and charge for implants or supplies not included in procedure fee. 
• Updates and maintains master copy of all current forms used at the Center. 
• Update charge master for new/deleted procedure or diagnosis codes. 
• Responsible for infection control survey, mailing form to surgeon, keeping statistics and informing the Clinical Manager of any reported infections. Preparing report for the PI Committee and MEC. 
• Responsible for completion of the Medical Record and obtaining surgeons signature on Operative Reports. 
• Maintain log of outstanding Operative Reports and prepare report for the MEC. 
• Assures that new physicians have transcription number and information. Resolves any problems with the transcription service.
• Responsible to stay informed of current coding conventions and applicable State and federal laws as they pertain to billing, coding and consents.
• Backs up Accounts Receivable representative duties as needed.
• Receives, screens, and routes incoming calls in a professional manner by the third ring.
• Informs Business Office Manager of applicable day-to-day situations.
• Follows employee health, safety, personnel, and staffing policies
• Ability to work as a team member.
