    We are seeking an Entry level HRIS Specialist to join our US team to assist in the day-to-day maintenance of multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, LMS and Compensation) in our global HRMS, and Dayforce supporting data quality administration (WFM, Payroll, Benefits data).  The successful candidate will also partner with internal customers to analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve issues and drive continual process improvements. You will also monitor existing audits, data integrity processes, procedures, and workflows for opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency.

    • POSITION MUST BE IN CHARLESTON (NOT REMOTE). WE DO HAVE A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE OF THREE DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND TWO DAYS REMOTE AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT***

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience working within IT, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, or other Human Resources function preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge of and experience with an HRMS. Workday, Ceridian, Oracle HCM Cloud, and/or Success Factors is preferred but not required.
    • Basic level problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated experience auditing data & comparing reports strongly preferred.
    • Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities with guidance from supervisor.
    • Basic understanding of Human Resources preferred, including experience in electronic employee records. (onboarding, job changes, exiting).
    • Demonstration of good judgment and discretion in matters of confidentiality (ex. HIPPA knowledge or experience)
    • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with detail and accuracy.
    • Basic level knowledge in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, etc.)
    • Previous use of report writing tools and SQL is a plus.
    • Ability to support basic HRIS projects (vendor file creation, data conversions, etc.) with guidance from supervisor.
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
    • A commitment to providing exceptional service to all customers, internal and external.

  • Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Minimum 2 year experience in a hospital setting
    • Ability to recognize, evaluates, solve problems and correct errors.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
