    Our Director of Ad Sales Operations manages planning, inventory, and pricing functions and works closely with Ad Sales staff, Programming and Traffic departments.  This is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking career stability and security in a growth-oriented environment. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Oversees Ad Sales Planners and Sales Assistants, including training and onboarding
    • Proofs and approves all plan submissions and revisions
    • Works with research to set projections and estimates, creates model for revising estimates in Broadway and future posting needs - helps set pricing, creates quarterly process with research for actuals and new estimating models
    • Sets up and maintains quarterly posting process
    • Holds weekly planner meetings to go over various points/issues/work to be done
    • Analyzes pricing based on Networks delivery, program strategy, and program delivery
    • Strategically maximizes revenue through inventory management by monitoring inventory limits and guidelines
    • Updates rate card and Broadway system to new pricing, Universe estimates, and program changes as required
    • Works on post sale operational functions of ad sales. Oversees and solves billing discrepancies for various clients. Works with traffic to maintain all accounts including day locks, time locks, separation, etc.
    • Set ups and manages selling titles names in Broadway to ensure that the Inventory is set up properly
    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with Programming, Finance, Traffic, and Marketing
    • Recommends specific programming/dayparts to be included into plans related to mix guidelines
    • Communicates daily with Ad Sales and Traffic about remaining avails for closing logs
    • Performs system upgrades and enhancements with Broadway. Conducts weekly meeting with Broadway to review enhancements, fixes, and issues with Broadway. Participates in vendor review and feedback, attends industry functions to stay abreast of technology changes
    • Participates in testing and IT enhancements, system administrator will make recommendation to default layouts and plan customization, managing packaging functionality and combo administration, will provides feedback to packaging and sellouts
    • Set ups system Lunch and Learns for the Operations team
    • Manages, motivates and enables staff to function in a strategic manner
    • Conducts weekly DR meeting to review inventory, issues, and needs

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum 8-12 years of Cable TV, Network, or Agency experience
    • System experience with Operative/Broadway preferred
    • Ability to analyze, process and optimize performance and resources
    • Ability to perform in a live, sports programming environment
    • Good mentoring and interpersonal skills to educate others in a positive manner
    • Highly articulate in communicating the substance of data provided in monthly and ad hoc Ad Sales reporting
    • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for the Clinical Pharmacist role is knowledgeable of pharmaceutical care, has experience working in inpatient pharmacy, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and works well in a fast paced environment.

     

    • Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.     
    • Current Texas license to practice pharmacy.
    • Demonstrate competent knowledge of the development needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
    • Knowledge of Joint Commission and Medicare standards affecting pharmacy.
    • Must possess ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Possess the ability to deal tactfully with all types of personnel, medical staff and the public.
    • Possess the ability to make independent decisions.
    • Must have ability to act as liaison between personnel and management.
    • IV Certification (ACPE certified)
