    THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION FROM 8/28/19 - 1/1/20.

    SUMMARY: Come be a part of our internationally recognized Food Team.  We are looking for friendly candidates that would be comfortable running a computerized cash register, counting back change, and communicating and demonstrating baking all while Creating Memories Worth Repeating® with our guests!

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

    • Making guests feel welcome and appreciated.
    • Maintaining a themed environment.
    • Preparing/baking product to specification.
    • Maintaining safe food environment and following safety procedures.
    • Ensuring proper temperatures for food.
    • Ensuring proper display and presentation of food product.
    • Managing production to meet business needs and control waste.
    • Implementing shop closing/cleaning procedures.
    • Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
    • Maintaining positive, helpful relationships with teammates.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    High volume cooking/baking experience preferred. Must read, write and understand English. Ability to understand and correctly apply weights and measures to recipes. Basic math skills.  Ability to operate ovens/fryers/grills/smokers/cryovacs.   Must be able to obtain in-house ServSafe food training class.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent in a combination of education and professional experience
    • 3-5 years previous experience in Human Resources.
    • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Ability to present in a Professional appearance and manner, and interact well with practitioners and management staff
    • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
    • Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism from supervisor.
    • Ability to follow work rules and procedures.
