Evaluate order details to verify that applied services match quoted facility solutions. Identify and research further costs savings through carrier contract portability opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Research and obtain improved costs for third-party ordered facilities on sold/active orders. Verify all order details to match with quoted facility solutions to ensure proper billing from facility provider. Order details may need to be altered if conflicts are found. Provide detailed Access Solutions information to Customer Provisioning in a structured format to aid in proper order submission. Identify Contract Portability opportunities on new install orders and match them with pending facility disconnections to save costs on Early Termination Penalties. Candidate Requirements: Must be able to identify internal and external circuit ID components and structure relevant to telecommunications Must be familiar with facility order activity with access vendors Must have experience with managing daily workload activity and meeting service level agreements Must be able to handle multiple, critical, high-pressure priorities and meet or exceed deadlines Must have good communication, time management and organizational skills Recent college graduate with accounting, finance or marketing acumen will be considered. Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
