Photo Editor- Data Entry and Special Projects Yardi Systems, Inc. 156 reviews - Scottsdale, AZ The Photo editor position is responsible for reviewing, editing and uploading property photos from contract photographers into the Yardi Matrix database. The position also includes data entry of property and building characteristics. RESPONSIBILITIES * Knowledge of Yardi Matrix guidelines for property photos - views and photo quality * Review property photos to determine if photos are of the correct property and accurately portray the property * Crop, color correct and edit photos, which may include: blurring license plates; removing debris, people and utility lines * Update Assignment Logs (xls format) with related notes for the photographer and for preliminary approval for payment to be issued * Upload six photos per-property to PE website, using guidelines on the order photos should be uploaded * Close/add tracking to property as necessary * Evaluate and enter building characteristics onto PE website, including construction type, roof type, number of stories, entry types * Locate and contract local photographers * Maintain updated documents from photographers * Maintain market maps and create photography assignments thru Excel * Track, modify and update assignment logs as they are turned in as well as updating information into Yardi Matrix * Communicate clearly and professionally with contracted photographers on assignments and de-escalate any issues that arise at a property EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE * College degree preferred, or a minimum of one year of relevant work experience * Well-developed proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer * Extensive experience with Photoshop SKILLS/ABILITIES * Extensive Photoshop experience * Ability to consistently enter information with a high level of accuracy * High attention to detail * Ability to work independently on assigned tasks * Ability to accept direction * Ability to multi-task * Well-developed Internet navigation capability * Basic Excel facility, including how to sort and locate information quickly * bd 16 hours ago - save job Apply * Photo Editor jobs in Scottsdale, AZ * Jobs at Yardi Systems in Scottsdale, AZ * Photo Editor salaries in Scottsdale, AZ Yardi Systems, Inc.
