    The internship program within Global Customer Services (GCS) at BD provides the student with an opportunity to partner with peers, senior personnel, and supervisors who will provide informal mentoring and coaching towards success. Students will have the opportunity to be exposed to Global Customer Services Readiness Team. Specifically, this student will gain experience in documentation/content management and coordination of project deliverables to ensure GCS associates are prepared when a new product launches. In addition, you will

    The GCS Readiness Project Coordinator Intern will support the GCS organization within our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Business Unit by reviewing and tagging GCS Implementation documentation and coordinating readiness project results. In addition, you will collaborate with cross functional business teams to manage content through the full approval process and ensure only approved content is released to market. Through these responsibilities you will learn about the practice of Professional Services and Service/Support Readiness, learn about project management, and gain some experience in a highly government-regulated, healthcare/medical device environment.

    THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Collaborate with others to manage content through the full approval process

    • Review implementation content/documentation and tag, as appropriate

    • Facilitate documentation review sessions

    • Coordinate the on-time delivery of readiness deliverables

    • Support senior project managers with additional readiness deliverables

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED:

    • Interest in documentation writing, review and approval. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

    • Ability to quickly learn and be agile in a frequently changing environment

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills

    • High attention to detail while multi-tasking on sophisticated deliverables

    • Ability to quickly establish rapport with remote internal and external collaborators

    • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitations and require no sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)

    • The candidate is responsible for all housing and transportation costs
