What you will do:

• Support internal communication campaigns and events (e.g. newsletters, intranet, town halls, engagement initiatives)
• Create and edit content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and visual materials (posters, slides, videos)
• Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs
• Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and project teams on engagement activities
• Support daily administrative and creative tasks within the team

What we are looking for:

• Student of communication, psychology, HR or related fields
• Strong communication and writing skills (Polish & English)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Interest in employer branding, employee experience, or internal culture

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
