    The BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) division proudly offers a Virtual Summer Internship Program for undergraduate students. Through this program, you will have the chance to gain real-world experience in project and program management within a global education services function. Under the guidance and direction of the Education Services Manager, you will research and compile industry best-practices and leverage voice of the customer (VOC) data to amplify customer reach through the creation and dissemination of engaging content designed to build awareness of customer training courses and resources. In addition, you will collaborate with cross functional business teams to manage content through the full approval process and ensure only approved content is released to market. At the completion of your internship, you will gain valuable feedback and exposure by reporting your findings and recommendations discovered through marketing campaign analytics and other relevant data/findings to our BD Global Customer Service leaders. The culmination of your work will support the growth and continuous improvement of BD MMS customer training programs.


    This internship will provide the opportunity to learn about business key drivers, customer value perspectives, product adoption, and program management as it relates to healthcare technology education. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your analytical, communication, marketing, and problem-solving skills, while building a business acumen.


    We are looking for an intern who:

    • Is a motivated learner

    • Collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Has a ptitude to take direction, work independently, and demonstrate initiative while working in a remote environment

    • Has an interest in career expansion within Healthcare Technology arena


    • Maintain a virtual, professional presence during business hours

    • Perform research and analysis on industry best practices

    • Formulate email marketing campaign to support customer training initiatives aligned to GCS Education Services business strategies and branding standards.

    • Create and disseminate engaging content designed to build awareness of customer training courses and resources

    • Collect and interpret data and use the findings to make recommendations for future marketing campaigns, program growth, and continuous improvement

    • Propose solutions to challenges/gaps identified and gain agreement

    • Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others

    • Provide/prepare weekly status updates on tasks related to project



    • Sophomore , junior or rising senior (current junior ) pursuing a Bachelors degree with a preferred concentration in Marketing, Business/Management, or similar

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

    • The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitations and require no sponsorship for visa status now or in the future ( e.g., H1-B status)

    • Access to good Wi-Fi during the length of this remote internship .

    • Candidate is responsible for all housing and transportation costs, if applicable.
