As part of the Business Human Resources team, you will have an opportunity to collaborate on the development and implementation of programs to support our talent offense:
Planning, implementing, and executing Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Creating a strategy for a New Hire Orientation
Assisting with employee communications and branding
Planning, implementing, and executing Employee Appreciation Week
Majors Targeted: Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business-related field
WHAT YOU NEED:
Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to exercise independent judgment to manage priorities and workflow
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
