  • Responsibilities

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The HR intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in a number of areas. Assignments may include support of candidate sourcing, employee relations activities, training and development, functional area research and/or developmental projects.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage assigned projects, including scope, timeline, communication and implementation. May complete projects related to recruiting, employee relations, training and development, or human resources processes. Plan, research, evaluate and/or recommend systemic and/or process improvements for the human resources function, depending upon assignments. Provide administrative support to the team as requested. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or Sales and Marketing. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively.
