This position will provide an understanding of the HRIS function at Stryker, with a significant emphasis on Workday - Stryker's only global system.

Your work will include several projects that will add value to the organization, and may also include:

• Providing end user support in various levels of technical and non-technical staff  

• Serving as a liaison between the HR Operations teams and the technical teams 

• Identifying and initiating resolutions to HRIS related user problems, requests, and concerns associated with Workday and other HR systems. 

• Performing various system and reporting administrative functions. 

• Understanding HRIS operational policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions for on-going support of customers. 

• Train HR Operations and less experienced team members. 

• Participating in and contributing to process improvement discussions for Workday support 

• Looking for and identifying areas to improve within the Workday support team 

• Helping to create and update documentation in identified documentation repository 

• Helping to solicit feedback from customers and identify areas of improvement
