What you will do:
- Analyze the Stryker design controls and new product introduction (NPI) processes to produce visualizations that expose the health and performance of our projects
- Work with Project Management leaders to improve the portfolio dashboard to enable better communication to stakeholders and faster trade-off decision making
- Understand and work to improve various Stryker Portfolio Management systems and reporting tools
- Understand and work to improve various Stryker M&A integration tools effectiveness
- Externally, research and provide the industry best practices around M&A integration for benchmarking
- Internally conduct surveys, interview with stakeholders, and study the past M&A integration projects to identify the improvement opportunities and to produce actionable insights
- Assist with improving the Neurovascular division’s M&A Integration playbook
You must have
- Undergraduate degree required (engineering, biological sciences, or business degree preferred) + candidate for Masters in Business Administration
- 1-5 years of successful related business experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success working in a matrixed team environment
- Strong results orientation
- Strong willingness to learn
