Summer Associate Qualifications

• Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

• Must be enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program with a targeted graduation date of Spring 2024.

• Target GPA of 3.5+ or equivalent.

• Available full-time for the duration of the summer for a minimum of 10 weeks. Specific dates flexible depending on school schedule.

• Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical devices industry a plus.

Sound interesting? Great — here is what you can expect from the process. Each winter, we interview qualified first-year MBA candidates at selected universities. The best potential candidates are then invited to our Southern California headquarters for final round interviews in January and February 2023.

These final round interviews offer a first-hand look into the Edwards culture, allowing you to get to know the local MBA community and interact with upper management. We then determine the best candidates and extend offers by the end of February 2023.

As part of the Edwards MBA Summer Associate Program, you will have the opportunity to apply early to be assessed for both the Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) and Direct Hire roles, and may receive an offer prior to the end of your internship.
