    • Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced and growing industry setting

    • Impact the development and delivery of targeted marketing to potential candidates

    • Implement new ideas, learn from experts in the field and develop your skills

    • Complete projects that revolve around social media, targeted marketing, content and collateral development and brand building

    • Network with key/high-level stakeholders and leaders of the business

    WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

    As a Recruitment Marketing intern at Stryker, you will have the opportunity to work on:

    RECRUITMENT MARKETING

    • Targeted marketing and campaigning using earned, owned, and shared channels

    • Competitor analysis and talent market research

    • Analytics and reporting for key marketing KPIs

    EMPLOYER BRANDING

    • Content planning, curation, creation, generation and governance

    • Write for our Careers Blog and possibly design a new intern content campaign for a new channel or audience

    • Global social media calendar creation, tracking and Hootsuite training

    DIVERSITY RECRUITMENT

    • Partner with the Senior Manager, Diversity Recruiting to support key diversity initiatives around the organization

    • Sit in and engage with ERG leaders on the Talent Attraction council

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer

    • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and also will be verified during background check in the spring

    • Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

    • Ability to exercise independent judgment

    • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    • Proven leadership and business acumen skills

    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    Majors Targeted: Marketing, Communications, Business, Business Management, Human Resources
