Job Description Summary
As part of the North America Supply Chain organization, reporting to the Associate Director, Customer Order Management. The Senior Analysts, Order Management is responsible for enabling, supporting, increasing, and improving, the accuracy of business transactions between internal functions and external partners. The Senior Analyst supports all business units within North America, works closely with varying internal and external stakeholders to provide data insights, resolve electronic data exchange issues, and drive operational continuous improvement. The Senior Analyst, Order Management will enhance team’s efficiency through mentoring associates on lean methodologies, and effective leadership of continuous improvement projects with exceptional data collection and visualization metrics and summaries. To deliver value, the Senior Analyst, Order Management will help identify, prioritize, and drive complex projects to increase efficiencies and accuracy of processes execution.

Responsibilities
Analyzes appropriate metrics, data and reports for compliance, performance, and quality defects to help identify and isolate continuous improvement opportunities.
Creates dashboards and report progress on critical initiatives, progress of KDG’s and quantitative improvement of touchless orders and the order fulfillment process.
Identifies and recommends methods to simplify, enhance and/or improve business processes, procedures, data, and technologies based on analysis of complex data sets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data availability along with data definitions and measurements align across teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on system changes and integrations.
Develop and implement reporting roadmap and perform ongoing assessment of analytical tools and dashboards usability and value. Collaborate with stakeholders optimize and automate analytical tools to provide accurate/timely data in a format that highlights visual business trends.
Lead weekly internal team meetings to review status of new order management implementations and issue resolution.Lead projects to resolve root cause of order health issues that impact the customer experience and collaborate with varying teams to prevent repetitive occurrences.
Continually look for efficiency opportunities to expand the use of EDI, and increase touchless orders, leading to cost reductions and increased performance outcomes to improve the customer experience. Prioritize recommended process changes and training needs with the Associate Director, Order Management.
Serves as an authoritative source of knowledge in order management for internal and external team members. Provides guidance and mentor team members working on projects. Responsible for implementation of standard operating procedures, documentation, training, and implementing resolutions to increase the internal and external customer experience.
Scope and value the found opportunities via mapping and measuring processes to establish baseline metrics. Recommend and handle prioritization of the opportunities based on the scope and value.
Responsible for delivering process efficiencies within the Order Management team, Cost-to-Win cost-savings targets, and extended processes touching the team through planning and oversight of identified initiatives. Travel as necessary to meet with order management associates and geographically complementary teams for cross-functional projects in person.
Provide status updates on all issues/requests to Associate Director, Customer Order Management. Advance to Customer Order Management leadership before deadlines are not met.
Travel as necessary to support cross functional projects.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years performing data or business process reporting and analytics duties
Experience applying data analytics tools (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Celonis, Denodo)
Advanced analytical skills with capability to interpret large amounts of data from multiple source systems/databases.
Experience applying data analytics tools (PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Celonis, Denodo).
Capability to aggregate data from multiple systems, to create both simple and complex data visualization tools and platforms
Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Competencies
