Admin Assistant at a Growing Psychology Practice
This is a contract to hire position
A growing psychology practice in White Plains and NYC, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join a great admin team on a temp to possible permanent basis.
Professionalism, discretion, flexibility and ability to work quickly are essential.
This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Must be willing to work from 11:30 - 7:30 at least one day per week and occasionally work in our NYC office.
Duties Include:
Greeting patients and visitors and answering the phone
Assisting with general administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, organizing supplies, making copies, preparing material for meetings, etc.
Helping with the organization of trainings and other events
Maintaining contact database
Keeping the practice neat and orderly
Assisting with with the maintenance of office equipment
Aid in marketing campaigns, including social media
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and good at multi-tasking
Outstanding writing and professional interpersonal skills
Exceptional computer skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Superior judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Resourceful, ability to take initiative, and follow through on tasks
Personable, flexible and adaptable
Collaborative and team-oriented
Position is a Temp to Perm based on performance.
