    Human Resources Specialist Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00/hour Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a Human Resources Specialists! We provide a supportive culture that is team-focused and places value on healthy work dynamics. What you will do:

    • Administrative : Complete the onboarding process of new hires. Assist the department in carrying out various functions across all areas Payroll/Benefits/HR/Recruiting. Assist the distribution of paperwork to staff and program directors. Responsible for data entry relating to onboarding, trainings, certifications, etc. Assist in the new hire paperwork process, meets with all new hires to go over paperwork. Assist in pre-service orientation. Assist with correspondence, reports, data collection and entry, and mailings. Develop forms, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed. Assist with recruiting helping keep postings accurate and providing support in phone screenings.
    • Technical Support : Responsible for assisting staff with the HRIS system.

    Minimum Requirements

    • High School degree/GED.
    • At least 1+ year experience within a business setting.
    • Some experience with Excel, Office 365, and HRIS systems.

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but NOT required.
    • At least 2+ year experience within a business setting.
