DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA Y OPORTUNIDADES DE CAPACITACIÓN:

Wayside MetroWest Community Services atiende a una variedad de personas con trastornos emocionales graves a través de intervenciones basadas en la comunidad: Coordinación de Cuidados Intensivos, Intervención de Crisis Móvil, Terapia en el Hogar, Apoyo y Estabilización Familiar, Mentoría Terapéutica, Apoyo para Jóvenes y Terapia Ambulatoria. Utilizamos servicios de envoltura, entrevista motivacional y modelos de atención basados en la fuerza para ver familias en la comunidad (incluyendo hogares familiares, oficinas, otros entornos comunitarios) y proporcionar un tratamiento intensivo, centrado en la familia, centrado en la solución. Como miembro del equipo, los practicantes tendrán la oportunidad de trabajar en colaboración con el personal, así como de manera independiente con familias con estrés múltiple en variados entornos.

REQUISITOS DE LA PRACTICA PROFESIONAL:

• El practicante debe estar disponible un mínimo de 20 horas por semana y tener la capacidad de trabajar dos noches a la semana.
• Un fondo en servicios de salud y humanos o campo relacionado preferido
• Practicantes en el segundo / último año solamente.
• El practicante debe tener fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
• El practicante debe sentirse cómodo en una variedad de entornos que incluyen oficinas, visitas domiciliarias y reuniones comunitarias.
• Se requiere licencia de conducir válida y vehículo de trabajo.
• Verificación de CORI y finalización de la Orientación previa al servicio de Wayside.
• Realizar acciones, evaluaciones, planes de tratamiento / planes de atención individual, atención de seguimiento y tratamiento continuo.
• Asistir semanalmente y participar en reuniones del personal y seminarios internos.
• Coordinar la atención para familias e individuos, lo que incluye buscar otros servicios y recursos, así como colaborar con una variedad de sistemas y proveedores.
