DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA Y OPORTUNIDADES DE CAPACITACIÓN:
Wayside MetroWest Community Services atiende a una variedad de personas con trastornos emocionales graves a través de intervenciones basadas en la comunidad: Coordinación de Cuidados Intensivos, Intervención de Crisis Móvil, Terapia en el Hogar, Apoyo y Estabilización Familiar, Mentoría Terapéutica, Apoyo para Jóvenes y Terapia Ambulatoria. Utilizamos servicios de envoltura, entrevista motivacional y modelos de atención basados en la fuerza para ver familias en la comunidad (incluyendo hogares familiares, oficinas, otros entornos comunitarios) y proporcionar un tratamiento intensivo, centrado en la familia, centrado en la solución. Como miembro del equipo, los practicantes tendrán la oportunidad de trabajar en colaboración con el personal, así como de manera independiente con familias con estrés múltiple en variados entornos.
