    CLINICIAN - RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM Salary Range : $52,000 Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring clinicians to provide direct clinical services and coordinate clinical program development for clients in our residential programs. We provide a supportive culture that allows for a balance of personal responsibilities and professional development while contributing to the community. What you will do:

    • Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma informed and culturally responsive interventions for youths and their families.
    • Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote their awareness of resources and access to supports .
    • Empower clients in the milieu environment with skills and strategies to support their mental health needs.
    • Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth for clients.
    • Promote and strengthen family’s natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
    • Ensure that client’ s rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency .
    • Work with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for client s.
    • Maintain safety and supports .
    • Provide c risis interventions .

    MinimumRequirements:

    • Valid driver’s license /access to reliable automobile
    • Masters Degree in Social Work or related field
