  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will serve as the Senior Training Lead responsible for the design, development, integration, execution and sustainment of innovative end user Training solutions for current and future PEO C4I capabilities.
    • You will communicate with both internal and external senior level stakeholders as the program office advocate supporting the planning and delivery of Training requirements.
    • You will collaborate with other APM-Ts/APM-Ls/PSMs, APEO(L), NAVWAR 4.4, and other SYSCOMs to maximize the effectiveness of end-to-end training solutions.
    • You will ensure Program Office compliance with DoD/SECNAV Acquisition and OPNAV/NAVEDTRA training instructions and directives, as well as local NAVWAR Enterprise training development and delivery standards.
    • You will serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NAVWAR MPT Technical Warrant Holder (requires certification).
    • You will develop Program Office training budget requirements and provide Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) input to contract language to ensure requirements are met.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing, coordinating and managing training products and services and supporting design, development, integration, execution and sustainment of rapid, innovative Life Cycle Training solutions for current and future C4I requirements.
