  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will assist in providing business and financial management support, program evaluation and management expertise to the Program Office and PEO.
    • You will ensure tasks executed are in accordance with appropriation guidelines and programs stay within controls and assist in the implementation of Internal reviews.
    • You will assist in preparing budget execution plans and documents plans in NERP, Reviews and releases Program Office level financial documents, Including contract agreements and task statements.
    • You will participate in activities to analyze, Improve and implement fiscal management processes and tools.
    • You will assist in formulating budgets supportive of and consistent with program planning submissions and submit complete and accurate budgets consistent with required deadlines.
    • You will assist with coordinating Life Cycle Cost Estimates and cost modeling analysis for programs/projects using tools such as Activity Based Costing/Management.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing business and financial management support, program evaluation and management expertise; assisting in preparing budget execution plans and documents plans; AND formulating budgets supportive of and consistent with program planning submissions.
