    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will lead the planning and direction of complex technology projects to ensure they meet defined cost, schedule, and performance goals.
    • You will assess new engineering and computer science concepts to determine their feasibility in meeting evolving system needs.
    • You will evaluate and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable project objectives and system designs.
    • You will oversee research, development, testing, and system integration to deliver solutions aligned with mission requirements.
    • You will guide the design and implementation of advanced technology systems using innovative methods and modern design concepts.
    • You will collaborate with senior officials to justify, negotiate, or resolve complex issues impacting major projects or programs.
    • You will represent your organization in high-level forums, influencing decisions, defending positions, and shaping resource strategies.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing AND/OR leading complex enterprise IT projects by planning, budgeting, directing development, evaluating technology feasibility, managing stakeholder requirements, coordinating resources, AND/OR ensuring successful delivery within cost and schedule targets. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
