Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) is the Navy’s premier research, development, test, and evaluation for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C4ISR), and all Navy navigation systems. Our mission and corporate vision focus on bringing integrated C4ISR solutions to the warfighter. Our work ranges from basic research and prototype development through systems engineering and integration to life-cycle support of fielded systems. Major programmatic and technical forces are directed toward merging advanced technology and systems into integrated C4ISR capabilities, primarily supporting joint C4ISR needs of the military.
NIWC PAC employs scientists and engineers who hold BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees in a variety of Science and Engineering fields. The Stem Student Employment Program provides a development opportunity designed to bridge the gap between formal academic training and professional work. This includes structured activities, experiences, and training designed to prepare the employee for higher grade duties.

Qualification Summary:
Eligibility:
Students must be enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) Bachelor’s or Advanced degree at an accredited institution of higher education.
OR
Students must be enrolled in a STEM course of study at a two-year university parallel (or equivalent) program designed specifically for transfer to a four-year institution.
GPA:
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above
Conditions of Employment:
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance, some positions may require a Top-Secret Clearance.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
