  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will Lead and manage personnel in the Strategy and Decision Support Branch (Code 84100).
    • You will participate in the development of Center-level strategic plans working directly with the Strategic Planning Board.
    • You will assist in implementation and development of the Command Strategic Plan, Command strategic initiatives, and support Command Knowledge Management while ensuring proper application and validation of metrics.
    • You will perform and oversee strategic planning, strategic intelligence, and analytical efforts; provide oversight for major workforce and resource decisions.
    • You will monitor impact of metrics and strategic initiatives, as well as second and third order effects on stakeholders and throughout the organization.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing and overseeing strategic planning, decision support and data analytics; and analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of various initiatives and command operations; and providing senior management and executive leadership with sound research and data analysis to guide and inform key decisions.
