Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will supervise and lead a diverse team of IT Specialists, and Engineers in the planning, execution, reporting and sustaining of Afloat Networks.
• You will manage Branch day-to-day administrative operations and serve as STRL Rating Official for all employees assigned.
• You will support Command initiatives focused on improving business and operations policies and implementing best practices; participate and lead Center and Department initiatives as requested by senior leadership.
• You will work closely with the Division Deputy of Operations and Division Head to implement Division, Department and Center strategic and tactical action plans.

Qualification Summary

NM-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the planning and/or operations in maintenance programs; plans, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of others and evaluates work performance. NM-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing assistance in the planning and/or operations in maintenance programs; plans, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of others and evaluates work performance. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
