We currently have an opening for a media-savvy Marketing Associate for our feature film and two short film. All three are presently touring festivals and will start theatrical distribution this summer

Duties include: Manage and track film festival submissions Manage deliverables to festivals and other screening partners Communicate with press and deliver press releases Establish brand partnerships Communicate with distributors Help implement marketing and engagement strategies Maintain daily content/calendars for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. for each film Help with outreach to communities for theatrical screenings include planning events and parties around screenings.

It's a lot, you will have support and we will tailor what you do to your interests so that this becomes a great growth opportunity for you. ie- if you are interested in filmmaking, we'll bring you on shoots or if you are interested in advertising/marketing we'll give you copywriter tasks.

Creative and innovative with a passion for movies and entertainment is a must. We love team players who are well-organized and detail-oriented. Enjoys and excels at maintaining a social media presence Proficient in word-processing/spreadsheets/google apps. Familiarity with Photoshop and other graphics programs is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the new media landscapes

Based in the New York City area a plus, but this is a job that can be done remotely
