    O4U Business is the premier conference for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) undergraduate students. It was the first and is the largest conference within the Out for Undergrad non-profit organization. Each year, O4U brings together some of the nation’s brightest and most accomplished LGBTQ+ undergraduate leaders for a weekend of professional development, networking and recruiting with top financial services, consulting, and professional services firms, in addition to companies looking to hire for client services, business functions, and business strategy roles. Some of our notable sponsor firms are: Goldman Sachs (host firm), BlackRock, BCG, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, AIG, Ernst & Young, Insight Venture Partners, and many more!

    This conference is FREE OF CHARGE to all students thanks to the generous sponsorships of our firms!

    O4U will cover all conference expenses including travel and accommodation for students who attend.

    Out for Undergrad is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission statement is to help high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates achieve their full potential. We host four conferences across business, engineering, marketing, and technology at which students connect with top employers like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Blue Origin, SpaceX, Ogilvy, Microsoft, Google, and many more. Participating students learn to bring their authentic selves to the workplace, network with prestigious employers, meet LGBTQ+ leaders in their industries, and form lifelong mentorships and friendships.
