We offer a great product - an incredible adventure, a once in a lifetime opportunity, a free trip for the summer. Your job is to find applicants for these trips, and connect them to us. We will take care of the rest!
Let’s break it down for a second - there are thousands of students on your campus, and hundreds of whom are eligible for a Birthright Israel trip. It is up to you to find those eligible for our program... and get them to sign up.
Here is what a typical week looks like:
- Generate leads through peer networking
- Actively engage and recruit potential participants for upcoming trips
- Follow up with leads about the registration process
- Help applicants with questions about the application
- Innovate new recruitment strategies
- Update the Brand Ambassador Coordinator on progress
- Qualifications
Outgoing personality, enthusiastic, well organized, goal oriented, and driven.
Huge plus if you have been on a Birthright Israel trip, but not necessary for this role.

- Compensation- For every person you get to sign up with either your specified referral link or by putting your name down as their referral/recruiter, we will pay you $3. Quick and easy. - On top of that, every person who then puts down a refundable deposit for a trip, we will pay you $20. No strings attached. Plus, we pay you instantly each time you get someone to sign up. Bonus: No cap on commission

Israel Free Spirit is an accredited non-profit Birthright Israel trip organizer. We run free 10-day trips to Israel for people of all Jewish backgrounds. Our participants enjoy an all-encompassing itinerary and first-hand exposure to the many facets of Israel. Whether you want to go with your friends, peers or simply to explore the different sides of Israel, we have a trip for you! Themed trips include Arts & Entertainment, Business, Spirituality and more.
