Join the Shorashim team & work in a fun, high-paced environment. This position focuses on building key relationships on campus and executing recruitment events for Birthright Israel: Shorashim.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• List Building/Database Management

• Drafting Content For Outreach & Social Channels

• Outreach To Individuals & Organizations

• Event Coordinating & Logistics

• Relationship Building/Campus Recruitment

• Outgoing & enthusiastic with the strong ability to communicate, both verbally & written

• Excellent organization skills & attention to detail

• Passionate, driven, creative, & someone who takes initiative

• Ability to work as a member of a team, but take the lead on individual projects in order to implement, execute, & follow-through on given initiatives

• Knowledge, connection, & passion about Israel/Israel experiences

• Flexible, adaptable, & able/willing to improvise

*This position involves a large amount of travel during late January and most of February, including some Sundays and evenings.
