  • Responsibilities

    Intern Responsibilities:

    General Administration

    • Field and follow up with general phone and email inquiries.
    • Administrative duties including but not limited to: office supply ordering, mail merges, database updates.

    Event Planning

    • Play a major role in the management of the following ASA-owned events in addition to the 80+ that we attend throughout the season.
    • Sponsorship solicitation, marketing, website management, customer service, race day preparation, participant and volunteer management and recruitment, vendor communication, and more.

    Program Management

    • Manage the back end of all 250+ ASA WingMan Team Members POC database fundraising questions for the WingMan Program
    • Input and allocate financial donations for the WingMan Program
    • Assist WingManager with communication and coordination of training and racing.
    • Marketing
    • Assist with design, layout and write content for the monthly newsletter Manage Fall WingMan Recruitment Drive
    • Assist in the design of flyers, graphics invites for upcoming events
    • Assist with Facebook and Twitter feeds
    • Manage Online Photo/Video Gallery
    • Coordinate and motivate volunteers for various events throughout the year
