Clean Water Action is looking to hire a core team of motivated individuals with a passion for progressive social change to fill community-outreach management positions.
Full and part-time positions are available. We are looking to hire candidates who are available to start immediately. This is an in-person job in Northampton, MA, and the hours are from 1pm to 9pm Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
Job responsibilities for Grassroots Organizing include educating the public on our campaigns and building the support we need to win through petition signatures, collecting letters to our lawmakers, and fundraising.
Field Manager responsibilities include training and developing new activists, motivating teams of 5 or more to be goal oriented, managing team logistics, analyzing canvass and budget performance, excelling at setting and meeting goals, and leading by example.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills , great leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a true passion for environmental issues, politics, or social justice.

This is an in-person role based in Northampton, MA. Applicants must have reliable plans to commute or reside locally.
