Open Primaries is seeking a law student for a legal research and writing internship focused on political and electoral reform. The ideal candidate is well-organized, highly motivated, and eager to gain hands-on experience at a political nonprofit. This internship is part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours/week, to start in January 2018. The legal intern will primarily be assisting with cutting edge, original policy research and legal analysis. The legal intern will also write briefs and policy reports about high-profile legal challenges to election law and add depth to our policy library. Legal interns are overseen by an attorney. A monthly $400 travel stipend will be provided.
