FCE Engagement:

• Weekly blog and social media posts for "#movetheworld Mondays" which highlights all past social cause activity.
• Managing three Hunger Projects supported each year corporately by College Hunks Hauling Junk
• Promoting College Hunks 1-for-1 giving platform to the media etc.
• Assisting Performance team with the design and execution of the Future Franchise Owner Program.
• Assisting Finance team with the design and execution of the CJ Cares Program.
• PR activities and media outreach for all the above responsibilities
• Ensure the social cause section of College Hunks website includes the correct information and FCE partnership section is up to date.
• Ensuring all sales collateral speaks to the partnership (in particular the presentation binder, and email drips for appointments with the goal being to improve booking % and conversion % in the field).

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or zero to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Basic mathematical skills to include statistical calculations
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications, Internet web search, basic office equipment knowledge
