  • Responsibilities

    Grow personally and professionally through project specific opportunities, including:

    • Graphic design work with Photoshop, Indesign or other Adobe Software

    • Organize screenings, Film Competition Judging and Festival events

    • Manage Film Competition submissions

    • Oversee summer school programs

    • Microsoft office expertise

    • Event planning & organization

    • Administrative development typical of a nonprofit office.

    • Managing social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Wordpress)

    The Application deadline will be April 1, 2017. Once a complete application has been received, the Festival will contact each applicant to set up a phone or Skype interview.

  • Qualifications

    Join the Festival for an incredible summer in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!

    The ideal candidate has an interest or experience in one or more of the following: environmental conservation, nonprofit organization operations, marketing/communications, event planning, administration assistance and graphic design.

    Self-motivated individuals that work well in chaotic environments with a Graphic Design, Communications, Event Planning or Film background are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Internship Requirements:

    • The minimum length for an internship is 3 months, but students may—and are encouraged—to intern up to 6 months for a more comprehensive experience and increased opportunities. All interns commit to working at least three days per week. Those who cannot meet this minimum are encouraged to volunteer as an alternative.

    • JHWFF interns receive a modest stipend and may receive school credit for their work. All interns are responsible for their own transportation and lodging.

    • After a successful intern evaluation, an intern will receive a letter of recommendation. If an internship extends through the 2017 Festival, the intern will have the opportunity to work during & participate in the event. Lodging and some meals are provided during the week of the Festival.
