Charity On Top Foundation is a Pasadena, CA-based nonprofit organization that creates and sells unique and custom gift cards that can only be redeemed for charitable giving. These gift cards push more funding to charities to do their great work and give consumers a sweeter way to gift.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of nonprofit business while working for a growing national nonprofit corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Charity On Top team in daily/weekly administrative tasks
• Manage database of charities
• Communicate with charities
• Order supplies and printed materials
• Organize documents in Google Drive
• Print and mail gift cards
• Organize and attend project meetings including preparing agenda and taking minutes
• Light research regarding retail opportunities

• Working toward a college degree preferable
• Previous office experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Enthusiasm for the nonprofit sector and the mission of Charity On Top
