Calling All LGBTQ+ Undergrads!

Applications for Out for Undergrad’s 2020 Tech Virtual Conferences are now live! Out for Undergrad (O4U) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates to reach their full potential.

The 2020 O4U Tech Conference will include:

• Opportunities to learn about working in technology at companies ranging from startups to publicly-traded companies
• Panels and informational sessions focusing on preparing for technical interviews and how to succeed as a developer, product manager, UX/UI designer, strategist, data scientist, etc.
• Intimate mentorship discussions with supportive peers and professionals
• Inspiring keynote speeches from senior LGBTQ+ tech executives
• A career fair with representatives from leading tech firms
• Networking time and opportunities to build deep, lasting relationships

If you’re interested in pursuing any type of career related to tech, we strongly encourage you to apply! If accepted, you will attend your top virtual conference and meet top employers looking to hire for internships and full-time positions. Additionally, you’ll have access to mentorship opportunities, authentic programming throughout the weekend, keynotes from industry leaders, and the chance to network with other like-minded, yet diverse, LGBTQ+ undergrads across the nation. Out for Undergrad is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission statement is to help high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates achieve their full potential. We host four conferences across business, engineering, marketing, and technology at which students connect with top employers like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Blue Origin, SpaceX, Ogilvy, Microsoft, Google, and many more. Participating students learn to bring their authentic selves to the workplace, network with prestigious employers, meet LGBTQ+ leaders in their industries, and form lifelong mentorships and friendships.
